Albemarle Eye Center (website) is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-time Medical Optometrist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 2 ophthalmologists and 4 optometrists providing care at 5 clinics housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 30 years, Albemarle Eye Center has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater eastern North Carolina area.

Highlights

• Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see +20-30 patients per day)
• Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
• Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield +$200,000 in compensation)
• Eastern North Carolina is home to coastal neighborhoods, small towns, and beautiful beaches

Education & Experience

• Residency preferred, but not required
• Doctor of Optometry degree 

Compensation

• Competitive, guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
• After initial period, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
• Sign-on bonuses available
