Lake Eye Associates (www.LakeEye.com) is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-time Medical Optometrist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 5 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists providing care at 7 clinics and our wholly-owned, ophthalmic surgery center housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 40 years, Lake Eye Associates has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater central Florida area.

Highlights

• Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see +20-30 patients per day)
• Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
• Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield $200,000+ in compensation)
• Central Florida is home to charming neighborhoods, unique town centers, and has no state income tax
• Clinics located in The Villages, Wildwood and Taveres. Manageable commute from Ocala and greater Orlando.

Education & Experience

• Residency preferred, but not required
• Doctor of Optometry degree 

Compensation

• Competitive, guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
• After initial period, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
• Sign-on bonuses available
