Position Overview:

Responsibilities / Duties:
In your role, you will be expected to:
- Conduct eye exams,
- Diagnose and manage various eye conditions, including but not limited to glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, dry eye and anterior and posterior segment disease
- Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, contact lenses and other in-office treatments Address any questions or concerns patients may have with compassion and understanding
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain clear patient records using Crystal PM
- Assist in the daily operations of our practice Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Certifications
Have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and hold or be eligible for licensure to practice optometry in the State of Illinois
