Responsibilities / Duties:
In your role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct eye exams,
• Diagnose and manage various eye conditions, including but not limited to glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, dry eye and anterior and posterior segment disease
• Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, contact lenses and other in-office treatments Address any questions or concerns patients may have with compassion and understanding
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain clear patient records using Crystal PM
• Assist in the daily operations of our practice Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Certifications

Have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and hold or be eligible for licensure to practice optometry in the State of Illinois
