Our growing multi-location practice is looking for a full-time Optometrist to join our team. We will provide all the best equipment, technology, and freedom for you to flourish in our practice.

Our mission is to make eye care easy for our patients by providing convenient, caring, and cutting edge eye care and we are looking for an energetic and positive associate OD to help us deliver on that mission. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with treating ocular disease, co-managing refractive surgery and providing contact lens evaluations as well as providing routine primary eye care.

Our clinics are equipped with cutting edge optometric technology: Topcon Topographers with meibography and tear film analysis, Optos Daytona Plus, Marco Automated Refraction systems and Visual Fields. We also utilize a cloud-based EMR to facilitate a more pleasant experience for the doctor and the patient.

Professional Requirements:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • TX State Optometry License
  • Strong clinical skills with proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions
  • Ability to connect with patients to encourage positive reviews and referrals
  • Coachable and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work Saturdays to help provide convenient appointments for patients
  • Yes mindset - willing to contribute to the success of the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
